Our Story
Our Real Estate Company was founded in 2008 by JP and Dr. Sheri Fluellen with a mission to understand real estate, homeownership, and rentals. In 2010, we expanded in serving the community through helping clients buy and sell homes and properties, through buying homes directly when it serves the seller, through creating affordable housing, sourcing properties to other investors, and educating our community on investing and homeownership.
For nearly two decades, we've had a focus on Real Estate. We've helped over 600 families through buying or selling real estate, which is over $174,000,000 in real estate. We are experienced and have a heart of compassion to help. And we're uniquely positioned to offer a complete range of solutions tailored to each client's specific needs.
Throughout our history, we've maintained our core values of integrity, compassion, and creativity in everything we do. We believe in treating each client with respect and dignity, regardless of their situation. We know that life happens and we each have to deal with situations that are hard.

About Our Team
JP Fluellen
Co-Owner | Purchase Manager
JP served in the Army as a light-wheel mechanic, experiencing a tour during Operation Iraqi Freedom & Operation Enduring Freedom. He started investing in real estate in 2007 to start preparing for retirement and fell in love with real estate. Since then, he also has become licensed and serves as the Designated Broker for Real Broker for the State of Wyoming and serves clients in both Wyoming and Missouri. He has a passion for finding solutions and figuring out hard problems in real estate; and teaching others how to do it too. He is an avid musician and loves making people laugh, especially his 4 teenage kids.
Dr Sheri Fluellen
Co-Owner | CEO
Sheri served in the Air Force right out of her doctoral program as a Psychologist. After serving her fellow airmen suffering from PTSD, she started her own private practice for a decade. During that time, she started investing in real estate and fell in love with investing. Since then, she has shifted her work to mentoring and coaching entrepreneurs and investors, teaching them how to have more positive impact in their lives while also growing through investing. She has a passion for bringing encouragement and hope to those around her, and demonstrates grit in life. Although she loves spreadsheets, she is creative and loves painting and creating beautiful spaces. She lives with her husband and their 4 teenagers.
Heather Steelman
Property & Project Manager
Heather has been part of the team for over 3 years and is the mastermind behind all the details that go into taking care of our clients and our properties. She develops great relationships with our sellers, contractors, utility companies, banks, private money lenders, our tenants, and so many others. She is compassionate and fair and great at executing creative problem solving. In her off-hours, she crafts in an impessively large crafting room and keeps her home running with her husband, 3 kids, 3 dogs, 10 chickens, 1 guinea pig & a rabbit.
